Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At KitLab FS, we strive to provide high-quality football jerseys and products to every customer. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, inventory management, and customization services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for correctly fulfilled orders.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong product, team, player, or variant

No longer wanting the item after delivery

Personal preference regarding fit, color, or design

Delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped
Customized Products
All customized products are final sale.
This includes jerseys with:
Please carefully verify all customization details before placing your order, as customized items cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To qualify for a replacement or resolution:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide your order number.

You must provide clear photos showing the issue.
Once reviewed, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a resolution.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and can only be approved if the order has not yet entered processing, customization, packaging, or shipment preparation.
Due to the fast-moving nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
